Scotland’s longest-standing artist-run gallery, established in 1983
This series is open to QTBIPOC+ organisers, artists, and anyone involved in collective life who wishes to explore the emotional and relational dimensions of community. A willingness to listen, contribute and learn alongside others is necessary. This is not a workshop in conflict mediation, nor is it a space that promises answers or resolution.
Facilitated by Kai Khidir Hassan, a visual artist, arts worker, and community organiser based in Glasgow. Their work is rooted in the belief that care is neither soft nor uncomplicated, but is a rigourous ongoing practice of staying and being with one another.
Session 1 (17th Aug): Soft Introductions
Session 2 (24th Aug): Small Matter, Big Matter
Session 3 (7th September): Dreaming Contributions
*Please only sign up if you can make all three workshops.
